The Reserve at Chapel Hill was a construction project that involved a gut of an existing clubhouse. Our team had to remove all existing materials and systems, leaving only the structure and foundation in place. We then built back new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, along with a new roofing system, pool and pool equipment, wrap-around deck, and a full exterior renovation.
The new MEP systems were designed to meet the latest energy efficiency and sustainability standards. The new roofing system was carefully selected to withstand harsh weather conditions while also enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the clubhouse. The new pool and pool equipment were designed to meet the latest safety and health standards, while the wrap-around deck provided a perfect outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment. The full exterior renovation transformed the clubhouse’s appearance, making it a modern and inviting space that members could enjoy for years to come.
