Cohen Pollock Merlin Turner law is located on the 16th floor of a high-rise building. Just as
most traditional law firms, they wanted to have their space seem inviting, however, unlike
most, they wanted the design to be completely unique.
This 13,500 square feet space hosts custom carpets, custom millwork and vector-based art
created by Paryani Construction, custom wall coverings, and even custom lighting. Paryani
Construction was able to work with numerous vendors directly to design, build, and install
these unique features.
The project consisted of two kitchens, multiple offices and workrooms, multiple conference
rooms all with their unique finishes and common areas. This project was completed in two
phases while day to day operations continued and there was minimal impact to the clients.
The project was completed in the midst of the pandemic and Paryani Construction was able
to work through numerous challenges caused on inspections, by extensive front-end
planning.
