Located in a 9-story medical office building in downtown Decatur, the Hope Neurology space project was a complete demo and build-back that required extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work. Paryani Construction rose to the challenge, utilizing our self-performing capabilities to handle critical aspects of the project, including drywall, framing, finishing, painting, wall tile, doors, and flooring. Our ability to self-perform these tasks was crucial, given the landlord’s strict budget requirements for this project.

The project also required the addition of a gym area, complete with specialty rubber flooring, which we successfully installed. Our team provided preconstruction services, ensuring that the project was well-planned and executed to meet the client’s needs. The end result was a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing space that exceeded the client’s expectations.
